There have been so many changes to realty over the past year. Through the turbulence, politicians and policy makers have struggled to keep up with the needs of the people (and saving face when they won’t). As the Global Pasta Primavera rages on in Ontario, it continues to shine a light on broken areas of society that have been overshadowed for years...one of which being a need for a National Child Care Plan. But what does that mean? What would a plan like this look like, cost, or achieve? Who would benefit, and why on earth has it been tabled for 50 YEARS by the federal government? ECE students Emily and Sam join the team this week to tackle all of this and more, with a fair amount of political roasting along the way.
